The Heart of the Matter. A collaboration between Martha Banyas and Merry-Lee Rae. Merry-Lee made the removable brooch in enamel, gold and silver. When removed to wear, it reveals an enameling kiln door, glowing red inside and ready for enameling. Martha provided the enamelist and her flames, her tools, some of the test tiles and the mounting.
